Muhammad Usman Khan

Mr. Khan is an Advocate of the Subordinate Courts of Sindh. He began his practice of law in the year 2022 as an associate at Maaz Waheed & Co. Mr. Khan works on a wide range of civil, commercial and constitutional matters, and assists the senior members of the firm in case preparation, and arguments before the High Courts of Pakistan. Mr. Khan is known for his meticulous work and is an ace legal researcher. Further, Mr. Khan actively appears and pleads cases before the Subordinate Courts of Sindh.

Further, Mr. Khan is actively involved in corporate, transactional and regulatory matters, including but not limited to, incorporation of companies with SECP, sales tax and income tax filing, contract management including conducting due diligence of property documents, employment contracts, shareholders agreements, amongst others. Additionally, Mr. Khan is also involved in registration of Trade Marks, Copyrights and Patents.
