Waqar Hussain Shaikh

Mr. Shaikh began his career as a paralegal in the year 2011 at Arfeen & Co (headed by Senior Advocate Mr. Mansoor-ul-Arfeen). Thereafter in the year 2014, Mr. Shaikh joined MCAS&W Law Associates (formerly known as Muneer A. Malik & Co.) as a paralegal. Mr. Shaikh has over ten years of experience in handling and managing cases before the District Courts and various Tribunals of Sindh, as well as, has significant face value before various registrar-offices across Sindh, enabling him to efficiently process land sale/purchase/mutation transactions. Mr. Shaikh is well-known for his ability to efficiently and effectively manage the filing and processing of cases before the District Courts of Sindh. Prior to joining the chamber, Mr. Shaikh was a paralegal at Raja Mohammed Akram & Co.
